April 27 - May1 Men's Clothing Drive!!!  Imagine a day when getting to put clean clothes on is a treat.  That is how it is for many people in Austin.  Our office neighbor, Thomas has done a lot to help those in our community who are affected by the economic downturn, substance abuse, and homelessness and now, he needs our help.  If you have something in your closet that you haven't worn in 6 months, think about it... doesn't that piece of clothing deserve appreciation?  Bring your under-utilized, gently worn, clean clothing in and drop it in our donation box.

The City of Austin is encouraging folks to turn off all non-essential lights from 9:00 Friday evening until 7:00 next Monday morning (April 20). It's a follow-up to what millions of people, in 4,000 cities and towns in 88 countries, did on March 28 during Earth Hour. It can be our way of demonstrating a shared concern about climate change.
